The Accademia Europea di Firenze (AEF) is a community of artists and educators dedicated to offering students the chance to learn the Italian language alongside its culture and values.
Our school of arts, language and Italian culture is located in the heart of Florence, just a few metres from the Duomo and Piazza San Marco. Florence becomes your classroom, where students are immersed in art, culture and the local community.

Do I need Italian to start?
No. Courses are available from complete beginner (A1) to advanced C2).
What’s included?
Course materials, AEF bag and notebook, free cultural activities, Wi-Fi, access to booking room services.
What’s not included?
Enrolment fee (€80), housing, travel, meals, insurance.
Housing?
AEF assists students in finding suitable accommodation. Our selected apartments are centrally located, comfortable and fully equipped, a short walk or bus ride from Palazzo Niccolini.
